I experience a lot of mood swings. These feelings come out of nowhere – at least that’s what I thought--until I noticed a pattern. When I felt sad and weepy my blood sugar was high – above 180. If I was angry and defensive, my blood sugar was usually below 70. High and low blood sugar levels can stir up many emotional side effects. It can also keep you from sleeping well.
